Below you will find some frequently asked questions I receive from many of my clients. I have tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, however, if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch. I will get back to you as soon as possible, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
HOW DO I BOOK?
All appointments can be made by calling, emailing or messaging Hollie which is at the bottom of the page or using the get in touch page.
I also have a new online booking system where you can make, cancel and check your appointments as well as buying retail and vouchers. Follow the book now buttons on the website to be taken to it.
When booking online to complete the booking your card details will be put onto your account.
I work on an appointments-only basis and recommend to re book when leaving the salon.
WHAT IF I AM LATE OR NEED TO CANCEL?
Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment your treatment may need to be cut short and you will still be charged for the full treatment, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your treatment to avoid disappointment.
Please try and contact the salon to let us know if you are running late or needing to cancel.
I appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and so I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice but preferably 48 hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Failure to provide notice 1 hour before the treatment will have a 10% fee added too your account. If you do not show up to the appointment with out cancelling a 30% fee will be added to your account and charged.

ARE YOU COVID SAFE?
Yes. All safety precautions are to a high standard. Cleaning and disinfecting is done throughout the day. Risk assessments are followed continuously and PPE is worn.
In return all I ask is for you not to come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell, self isolating, or have been around any body that has had COVID.
Please come alone and on time to your treatment, sanitising your hands on arrival and wearing a mask.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
Once your appointment is booked please confirm this on the booking system and adding your details and card details to your account. This will make it easier for your arrival so I can have everything prepared. You will be sent a reminder to complete your record card, aftercare card and any other relevant documents. Please make sure this is all complete for your arrival.
If you need a patch test before hand then please contact me and we shall get that arranged. Please also follow all pre treatment questions and guidance prior to your treatment to make sure you get the best results from each treatment. If this is not followed it may mean your appointment/ treatment can not go ahead.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay via the booking system, card or cash. Please if paying by cash you have the right amount, as change may not be available.
WHAT DO I NEED A PATCH TEST FOR?
This is to make sure you don't have a reaction to certain products used. It is required by most insurers that every salon carries out a patch test for all new clients.
Main treatments that require patch testing are eyelash tinting, henna brows, lvl lashes, eyebrow lamination and semi permanent make up.
Please allow 24hours after the patch test has been carried out before having one of these treatments.
Please get in touch and arrange your patch test. If this hasn’t been done your treatment can’t go ahead.
CAN I HAVE TREATMENTS IF I’M PREGNANT?
It is really important to let me know in confidence if you are pregnant as there are certain treatments and products not suitable throughout pregnancy.
However I can offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you and your baby.
IVE HAD BOTOX / FILLERS CAN I HAVE A FACIAL OR SPMU?
Yes you can still have facials however we ask you to wait 2 weeks after having Botox/fillers.
I AM HAVING SPMU, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
You need to complete any consultation forms/ appointments prior to your treatment. You must sign and let your therapist know that you have received and read the PRE-TREATMENT FORMS, as well as the AFTERCARE FORMS. If these forms are not complete, the treatment will not go ahead. These forms are for your own knowledge to understand what you need to do before and after your treatment to gain the best results.
A patch test is also needed before your appointment along with a booking fee/ deposit.
Numbing cream will supplied as well as an aftercare balm.

I AM HAVING AN ADVANCED FACIAL IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO KNOW?
All information will be sent to you in regards to aftercare for this. You can’t wear any make up or use any harsh products for 72 hours. As well as no swimming or sun exposure. You will be red for a few days and may have slight peeling and blemishes due to the treatments. This will clear on day 5-6.
DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes, they can be purchased over the phone, message or in the salon. They can also be purchased on my booking system by following the book now link on the website.
